Louisville, KY: The Management & Staff of PC Pools: I received my order on Friday, 05/10/2013. I contacted a local installer on Monday, 05/13/2013. Then Tuesday and Wednesday I emptied my pool so the old pool liner could be removed. The old pool liner was removed on Thursday 05/16/2013 and the new liner was installed. The pool was then filled with water, which took till early Saturday morning to complete. Then Saturday afternoon and Sunday the pool chemicals were applied and proper balance was achieved. As of Monday 05/20/2013, my pool is opened and has already been used by my family. It is in the best condition, with no holes in the pool liner, for the first time in the last two summers. It looks great and I am very pleased with the feel and quality of my new pool liner. I just wanted to take a moment and thank you for the roll your company played in making this all possible.
